An accomplished Los Angeles litigator, Daniel Chammas joined Ford & Harrison LLP in 2016. Focused on “high stakes” collective actions, he defends companies against wage and hour class action lawsuits and Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions. Additionally, Daniel Chammas represents clients in matters related to wrongful termination, discrimination, and unpaid wages.

Before joining Ford & Harrison, Daniel Chammas spent seven years as an attorney with Venable LLP’s Labor and Employment practice group and a decade with McDermott Will & Emery. Throughout his career, he has personally managed more than 12 multi-million-dollar class action lawsuits. His client list ranges from small businesses to large entertainment studies and Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his litigation work, he has advised clients on employment issues such as drafting employee handbooks and protecting trade secrets.

Daniel Chammas graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a law degree from Stanford Law School.
